Why are we as an industry rolling our own DevOps? We don’t design and build our own Ticketing Systems. We don’t make our own Time Tracking tools. We don’t build our own IDEs. We don’t do our own Sales Pipeline tools. We don’t create our own CRMs. Why do we treat DevOps differently?
The difference between a successful agency can be as little as a 10% profit margin. If you’re great at designing and building websites, make that your focus. We stopped building our own CMSs 10 years ago. It’s time to stop building our own DevOps now.
