Framework & Case Studies for Delivering a Successful Migration

This session will walk participants through how to deliver a successful migration. We will present a detailed software implementation framework that can be applied to any software or data migration including Drupal migrations.  We will review several case studies and discuss how closely they align to this methodology, specifically detailing any early warning signs and lessons learned. A few enterprise software migration examples will be briefly covered to show how the methodology applies to broader migrations and deeper dives will be taken into two Drupal migrations.
