Growing your agency: Organic, mergers and acquisitions
What’s the best way to grow your agency, when should you grow organically, when acquire and when a merger is the best option? Should you stay in one country or expand internationally, what’s the best way to expand to new countries? In this talk I’ve share my experience on growing an agency. I’ve tried everything from VC funded hyper growth to slow organic growth and seen a lot of mergers and acquisitions during the past twenty years. Statistically almost all mergers and acquisitions fail, especially if you also include the failed M&A talks, so how do you pick the ones that can succeed? My previous company Wunder has grown organically well over 1000% during the past five years, executed multiple international mergers and acquisitions and today has operations all over Europe.
