This panel discussion will give you a sneak behind the curtain of how people get assigned and scheduled to projects. Each of these great companies all use different tools and tactics based on their size, locations, costings and while all trying to manage capacity and margins.

We will discuss the following topics during the panel:

  • What tools do you use?
  • How do you pick the right people?
  • How do you measure your capacity?
  • How do you handle the busy times?
  • Do you have set teams or do you pull from a resource pool?
  • What role do you play with the sales team?
  • How does the cost of people factor into where you assign them?
