Description: I have been working in Internet Space for more than 7 years now and after working on Freelance, Waterfall and Agile Models, I can say Project Management is a balanced and creative Chaos . There will always be areas where teams improvise and improve to make a success statement and then it depends on the Scrum Masters and Leaders who are experimenting in the application of the thoretic examples in real life examples so as to achieve the best teams out of Chaos.

I know most of you are doing this in your day to day life and even in your projects. Project Management is not only limited to work life but I see its a culture which is even been followed by almost all of us in our personal life. I believe when you follow the culture you live a balanced life.

After attending my session people/teams will gather an insight how Charts/Reports can be used by them and how to look towards them. This session will be good for people who want to improve their PM Skills.
