Eliciting client expectations and desires can be a challenge. It is particularly challenging when you have multiple clients, each with their own competing deliverables, deadlines, and you have shared resources. In this talk we describe how a small team within a research and development institution successfully manages over 30 clients simultaneously, while still delivering quality Drupal based websites.

During the presentation, we will share our project and program management framework, client interaction process, and an actionable workflow that you can use in your future projects. By the end of this session, you will understand how to implement an acceptance based model and how to ensure that development and testing align with client expectations and requirements. We will also discuss how to apply resource planning and spend forecasting to a complex portfolio of projects.

This talk is particularly valuable for developers transitioning into a PM role or PM's who are having difficulty managing a growing portfolio of projects.
