One of the biggest potential pain points on a project is effective and efficient collaboration between designers and developers. In this session, we will discuss and demo tools and processes to use throughout the development project and beyond, as well as best practices to help your organization go and stay agile. We will delve into demonstrating how capturing user experience design artifacts such as wireframes and UI designs can be captured in Axure and InVision as an example of a highly flexible way to support agile UX design and  Drupal development.

  • This is an introductory level overview to the Axure and InvisionApp tools, little-to-no foreknowledge is required.

  • We will cover tips and tricks in these tool suites for ensuring tight collaboration with US designers and developers

    • How winning DES/DEV team hand-offs work

    • How each team member can prepare and get “caught up to speed”
