Power to the Project Brief

wardshark

How do we bridge the gap between the sales phase and the discovery phase? How do we effectively communicate to the overall tone of the project and client prerogatives to our team? How do we acknowledge the inevitable reality of changes during the project without being bound by the chains of a rigid statement of work?

The project brief has been used by advertising agencies to clarify project goals for years, and it's something we utilize at Kalamuna with great success. I'll be demonstrating when we introduce the project brief to the client and how it acts as a realistic and helpful charter for the project going forward.

This class is for sales people, project managers, discovery maestros, and clients.
