How we evolved from a single-project team to a portfolio-wide development team as we kept working on projects one after another on a Client Account (new projects and CD for older projects we worked on). The development team also started serving as almost a maintenance/cd-team as we rolled off application after applicaton.
With this change, our leadership, team attitude to projects, project-management(leadership) and our agile process needed to evolve.
This is a case-study of the above, and how we evolved into a new agile mode , a mix of SCRUMBAN and KANBAN along two float divisions.
