WebSockets in 2016

You may or may not have heard of or used WebSockets yet. This talk will provide a brief introduction into what they are and how they work. We'll follow up by showing how on their own they're not enough demonstrating a couple practical strategies for implementation. You'll learn how to support your users, where WebSockets fail, and how to overcome some of the deficients plaguing them.
