Description of the training:
This training is designed to:
- help project managers, product owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders understand how Drupal differs from other systems and what needs to be done differently to get the most out of Drupal
- understand the various stages of Drupal project development from planning to maintenance
- learn practical guidance on how to support a team to deliver the best outcomes at each stage
- understand the planning needed before starting a Drupal project and what are the details important to keep on record regarding requirements
- tips and tricks for documentation and project launches
- include participants in some interactive sessions to discuss common issues / pitfalls of Drupal Projects or other activities

If you are an attendee already working on a Drupal project, think about the problems you are experiencing with the project and we may discuss them during the training.
About the trainers:
Adriana Mosnoi
Adriana has more than eight years of experience in project management with a focus on Drupal projects. She possesses a great knowledge of web technologies and helps companies develop complex solutions that ensure their success.
On a daily basis, Adriana takes an active role in driving a high level of engagement quality through effective communication with client and internal teams. Besides keeping projects on track, she is very good at consulting and gathering client requirements which can then be transformed in proper documentation to communicate those details throughout the project lifecycle.
