Become a Volunteer

In easy words, you get a chance to contribute to the major European Drupal event of the year. It is important for the whole Drupal community and all effort is deeply valued and appreciated. In addition, every volunteer will be rewarded with some drupal.org credits.

We are aware that many people cannot contribute full time, therefore, we build our success on more people taking over smaller tasks with a focus on great teamwork. We are looking for volunteers for:

• Session Moderator/Co-Host – help us to make sure that the session runs smoothly and according to the plan.
• Memory Recorders – take snapshots of speakers while attending a session.
• Contribution Monitor – be ready to provide support in the Contribution room when needed.
• Marketing & Social Media – post about the event in real-time and help make some noise.

If you have just decided to become a volunteer, don't worry, it is never too late. You can still join the volunteer team! 

• If you have not registered for the event yet, you can tick the option to become a volunteer in the registration process.
• If you have been already registered, get in touch with us via Slack, it is the official way to reach us as a volunteer.

Don't forget to fill your names in the volunteer spreadsheet by Monday 30th November to help us organize the sessions and plan volunteers trainings.

To be recognized as a volunteer, we will provide you with a "Volunteer Badge" and a "Ribbon". Use the Badge as a signature and update your OnAir profile picture with the Ribbon, so you can be easily identified by other attendees.
