Thanks to a scholarship donation from Google, we have set aside a limited amount of funding to offset 9 registrations for DrupalCon Europe 2020! Congratulation to all recipients!

We do realise how attending a DrupalCon is a dream for many, which is why we are here to offer opportunities in the form of Grants and Scholarships that will help cover costs for many to attend this event.
The DrupalCon Scholarship program provides support to those who are traditionally underrepresented and/or marginalized in the open source communities who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend tech events for financial reasons.
Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of need and impact.
The Drupal community is diverse and distributed across the globe, we firmly believe that a healthy open source community is only possible through the inclusion of diverse thinking, opinions and viewpoints. With a fully online DrupalCon Europe, we have the opportunity to make the event inclusive for many people that could not attend in person. And so, we would be more than happy to help those who would like to opt for a Grant/Scholarship.
We would be delighted to assist those applying for a grant/scholarship. Application deadline is now over, we are now assessing all the requests and will be publishing the recipient list here. All application information will be kept confidential.
Also, we will be contacting the local associations and tech communities and ask them to recommend individuals they believe have demonstrated an interest in open source and their presence will both be a benefit to their skills and a benefit to the people at DrupalCon Europe. Once the organizations are selected, we encourage you to reach out to them if you are aligned with their mission, or you can also directly apply for financial support via the web form above.
