As Dries mentioned during the Driesnote, he'd love to see an almost tenfold increase of full-time contributors (~20 to ~200).

While this idea is very ambitious and could have a huge impact on Drupal's growth, no-one seems to be talking about how we can actually fund this. Let's fix that.
