From a 15 years old CMS to Drupal: how to and personal experience

AuPairWorld, our website, was created in 1999 with an own created cms called Acaio. This was our one and only cms for more than 15 years. In those 15 years, the website was translated in 6 languages and we had 6500 pages published, more or less. We could see how the cms was getting obsolete, but we were market leaders with an average of 1 million page impressions per month, so doing any change was difficult, due to the risk it implied. In 2017 we opted for Drupal to be our new cms, starting with a blog and then adapting the content types we needed with paragraphs, modules, taxonomies and views. In the process, done with scrum, we've learnt how to keep improving content types step by step. I was the project coordinator (product owner) and together with the IT Team and the content team, we have been learning more and more about drupal when actually we were newbies only 3 years ago. On that matter, I want to show our project, experience and tips with it.
