Building Diverse, Inclusive and Equitable Communities

Creating diverse, inclusive and equitable communities and organizations that are welcoming of a broad range of talents is essential in today’s world. However, unconscious (implicit) biases at the individual and systemic level can get in the way, and research shows that de-biasing people’s minds is difficult and expensive. Fortunately, cutting-edge evidence points to proven and effective strategies that allow us to design communities, environments and processes that create a level playing field for all while enabling our biased minds to get it right.
