Finding Answers to Your Drupal Questions

There are a lot of resources available to help you find answers to your Drupal questions. We’ll help you figure out which ones to use, when, and how to make the most efficient use of them.

Do you have questions about Drupal? What about the community? Want to know how to make the most efficient use of api.drupal.org, or evaluate a blog post you found for accuracy? Or maybe you just want to know what questions others are asking? We've got answers! Or at least tips on how to find them.

Ashley has gained hands-on experience with Drupal as a recent graduate of the Drupal Easy program, while also fielding all sorts of Drupal related questions via her role doing people support for Drupalize.Me. Joe has years of experience helping lead Drupal's documentation efforts, as a teacher for Drupalize.Me, and as a Drupal developer with a whole lot of questions.

Learning objectives:

We’ll combine the perspectives of someone relatively new to Drupal and someone with a lot of experience so that you will be able to:

- Find answers to your Drupal questions
- Understand what resources are available to you to get your questions answered
- Navigate drupal.org, api.drupal.org, Slack, your local community, and other resources more effectively
- Ask your questions in a way that they are more likely to get a good answer

Target Audience:

This session is for new Drupal users who want to learn more about the resources available to get their questions answered. And experienced Drupal users who want to make more efficient use of the resources available to them and maybe learn about a few new ones.
