Self-Management in remote environments

Jorge Tutor

Management is an essential tool in the workplace, but we typically only focus on team-management. Being able to manage oneself is critical, and often an indicator of your ability to manage others.

We all manage, and we all lead; these are not actions reserved for only those people who happen to hold these “positions” in a company. Management is not just for managers, just as leadership is not only for leaders.

The ability to hold yourself accountable for your work is crucial, especially nowadays when most of us have been forced to work remotely.

In this session, we will see how to act with initiative and determination, organize yourself intelligently, eliminate stress, concentrate on the most important task, execute them with firm steps, eliminate distractions and notifications, and clear the way to create original ideas.
