Managing a Drupal project can be a challenging task, especially if you are new to Drupal. Project managers and site builders who want to familiarize themselves with Drupal terminology and learn how to plan for a Drupal project, should check out the full-day, hands-on class Drupal for Project Managers. Suzanne Dergacheva at Evolving Web will walk you through each step of a Drupal project and teach you how to work with developers and clients.
Leading a cross-functional, cross-cultural, cross-location or cross-organization team can be a great experience - or a dreaded nightmare, where projects get bogged down by miscommunication, "difficult personalities," conflicting agendas, impossible timeframes, resource gaps and delayed decisions. Join Anne Kreitzberg at the Center for Agile Thinking and find out how to build the team everyone wants to join. This course will teach you simple, practical tools and techniques to create effective team dynamics and to reduce frustration that often plagues teams.
All courses are held on Monday, May 9, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Trainings are not included in a regular DrupalCon ticket and require a separate registration. Light breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks are included with every training.
