Community Keynote
Come for the code, stay for the community. That’s more than a tagline for Drupal, it’s a manifesto. Having our community members bring topics to the mainstage to share with all Con attendees is an incredible way to contribute back.
Thursday at DrupalCon, we highlight the community by showcasing Community Keynotes on the main stage. We look forward to receiving submissions from attendees from around the globe who want to share their experience with the greater Drupal community. Once the Call for Papers closes, the Program Team will select the talk that the community will get to hear on the main stage.
While the community knows best what they want to hear, here are a few ideas our team has come up with that might resonate with our attendees if you’d like to think about preparing a session on one of the following:
- What makes the Drupal community so unique
- Leveling up communication skills
- Embracing non-code contributions in a meaningful way
- Sustainability of contributions
For the selected keynote, we will be offering a small speaker fee as well as a travel stipend as a thank you for sharing your community-focused presentation with our audience.
