Last year we came to Drupalcon in Barcelona and asked:

This year we are asking:
Who will be doing it?

In the agile world we are used to work with the roles Scrum Master, Product owner and the Stakeholders. But who can tell management if we will be ready with the new online order flow before the christmas sale?

A lot of questions can be asked - and we will do what we can to answer them all by a theory point of view and by our own experience from our Copenhagen based Drupal web agency. We will show what have been good and what have been bad.

No one have said that a role can not be carried out by multiple persons with different skill sets. We will dig further into the Scrum Master and the Product owner roles and talk about the different areas of responsibility they are covering and how we have applied these roles.

And we also cover how you can construct a good and strong team who will have the right persons to cover the challenges we are facing in a fast driven business.

This session will be both for the Scrum Master who is confused about his responsibility for velocity - the Project Manager that is facing a Scrum Team for the first time and the business manager who is thinking about implementing the agile methods…. or just basicly everyone who has any curiosity about how to handle some of the real world problem you WILL encounter when you are implementing the agile methods.

Basic knowledge about SCRUM and other agile methods can be useful but is deffenetly not a must. We will take you through the basics.
