Raise your hand if you've had this conversation before:
Customer: Yes, Of course we want to do an agile project!
Me: Great! Let's plan a kick off to set up high-level goals that will help us groom your backlog.
Customer: By the way, we need to have it done by September.
Me: Um. Ok. Gtk.
Customer: Also it cannot be over 100k.
Me: Sure.
Customer: Also, it must include AT LEAST these 20 major functionalities.
Me: Le Sigh.
I have a headache

This session's goal is to help you solve the difficult question of "how do I deliver agile with all these constraints?". I'm gonna give you all my best practices :)

I'll share a few stories and personal experiences that help solve the age-old question of how to create a backlog, schedule and estimate that is concrete enough to help you get buy-in, while flexible enough to stay agile during development.

When you leave this session you should know:
- How to win their trust (hard requirement for agile-led projects)
- How to ease back your customer's constraints
- Tips that make prioritization easy & lead the conversations with customers
- Sprint review process to help make acceptance less like pulling teeth

This will be an intermediate or advanced level session. Noobs can join, but know I'm not going to hold your hand lingo-wise! :D
