Agile Myth Busters! Separating fact from fiction

As popularity and adoption of Agile frameworks has grown, so have misconceptions and myths associated with Agile. From Scrum extremists to XP cowboys it has become increasingly difficult to separate fact from fiction, fantasy from pragmatism when having open discussions on Agile with our peers!

The aim of this session is to look at practical Agile, as delivered over enterprise scale programs that have included enablement of customer teams; bringing them from little to no Agile experience to self organising bliss!  our aim is to separate what works in the real world from what's in the manual.

The session is intended to for both beginners and advanced practitioners, scrum masters, product owners, QA and dev leads alike! its a cross functional topic meant for a cross functional audience.

Our approach to the session is multi-pronged just as it works in the real world! a battle hardened program manager and an equally scarred technical project manager who work hand in glove to deliver customer success will be sharing their narratives from the trenches of long running enterprise programs, lessons learned in delivering some of the largest and most complex Drupal programs to date.

You will walk away with a pragmatic view of the introducing and nurturing agility in organisations and teams!
