Approaching large-scale Drupal with Behat

Projects come and go. Some are big and some are small. The most important thing that we can take from a project is experience and knowledge. After working for almost 3 years as a Quality Assurance Team Leader at FFW I have been over some big projects and creationg proper automation tests was tough job back then when my experience was only based on small Drupal sites. By large-scale I mean not a website, but a platform that is about to power about 80+ sites with different features enabled/disabled, it's getting even worse when you add multilanguage and a fancy design. That's where BackTrac joins the team in order to catch visual regressions. Everything is fine until the project comes to an end and you need to hand over everything to a support team - documentation to the rescue, make sure to have you work documented.

The attendees need to have knowledge about automating the testing process especially with Behat.

The purpose of the session is to spread my lessons learned and help people to avoid the mistakes I made before.
