DON’T PANIC! The developer’s guide to moving from D7 to D8

tresti88

New things can be scary. Maybe a language is being spoken you don’t understand. Maybe the aisles have been moved around and you can’t find your favourite things anymore. Maybe everything is being hung at a slightly odd angle and now looks a bit...off. Fear not. I’m here to guide you through this exciting new terrain and make it feel like home again. We’re going to talk object oriented programming, MVC frameworks, how to setup a basic D8 module, take a look at how other modules are made and a bumper-load of other stuff that will leave you feeling cool, calm and collected. Together, we’ll get through this. In the words of Douglas Adams, DON’T PANIC.
