Drupal, Team leaders, Company owners and developers: The world between them and stay sane

I have a B.A in sociology-psychology and I am working as a developer, I enjoyed all type of managements and company roles.

I am thinking/interested to do a session talking about my experience as an employee at the developer role and the human interaction between the developer, team leader, company owner/boss.

What have I learn from my experience and observing others.

I will talk about:
1. Company owner/team leader - developer relationship and how is it look like in the developer and the team leader/company owner point of view.

2. Company roles and behavior do & don`t when it comes to company-developers relationship

3. How to help developers not to burn out and keep them motivated, the do & don`t

The target audience should be: company owners, team leaders, developers. No need to know drupal.

I hope the attendees will learn how and what to do to help the workers (both team leaders and developers) to work more happily and efficiency. how to communicate better and motivate the developer to be better.
