Targets: Team Leaders and Product Owners/Managers
Description: How can Project Managers help? Can they be effective in the Open Source Environment.
Following are the things I will want to talk about:
1. Documentation.
2. Tagging issues properly.
3. Defining tickets in more detail.
4. Defining Goals.
5. Versioning of tickets.
6. Providing summary to long issue queue's.
7. Testing out things.
