Giving back: big achievements through small wins

Giving back to the community, in the end, is about helping others the same way you were helped.
But, how big should my contribution be for it to be useful?
The answer is "as small as a thought".
In this talk we will go through what is a community and what is being part of it. And also talk about the many different ways anyone can contribute, from a person that knows nothing about Drupal to a Senior Developer with 10+ years of experience.
Everybody CAN help, every help is MEANINGFUL.
From writing a simple blog post sharing your thoughts about Drupal from a user point-of-view, translations or documention review to issue summary reviews and actual patch implementation.
We need to cellebrate and acknowlegde the small wins!
