Growing a global support team

The internet never sleeps.

Someone somewhere is working on a Drupal site on our platform right now, in fact there are probably quite a few, hundreds or thousands even.

The challenge of managing and training a globally distributed support team is something Pantheon has had to deal with, and has dealt with well.

If you are involved in a customer support and want to get better at it, then this is for you. We will describe how we have set up, grown and continue to maintain the Pantheon Customer Success Engineering team, and talk about challenges we encountered, and how we have successfully dealt with them.
