Leading a new team of 15 people for an 8months new solution never tried before and having one shot to meet the EURO2016 goal was really a big challenge. But the biggest challenge of our team was to remain focused, motivated and have fun all the time. Pressure was always there due to random failures, budget limitations, deadlines, but this is usually the case and not the exception.
