How to Contribute back to Drupal community? Why it is important?

From my personal experience, I would say our Drupal community is the one of the most welcoming Open source community in the world. Being part of Drupal community since I started my career, But I get involved more from the last couple of years. It is very pity to say that I started contributing the code back to drupal community from last  one  year. As like any other Developers I also had the starting trouble. So I propose the session for the same who are struggling to get started to contribute to Drupal community. Of Course we are going to talking about
         How to create your first patch?

Which will include a demo and steps involved for creating patches. And also cover the direction for working in drupal issue queues, How to use the IRC chat effectively.

  3. How to Evangelise Drupal on Colleges or Universities?

  4. How to Organize the Meetups?

  5. How to Organize the Camps (I was one of the organizer of the Drupal Camp Bangalore 2015 had more than 600+ attendees)?

  6. How to educate the developers, about the benefits of attending  the meetups and Camps?
