Launching a global community for 1 mio game developers on Drupal

This is the story about an existing community site sharing codebase with a corporate website and how we managed to untangle it and create its life of its own. The project involved:
- Creating a Why (strategy) after the community where launched
- Convincing the Client to rebuild it again
- Bundling DK + LT team with client team in San Fran (US).
- How UX driven design changed the view of the client
- How to tell 1 mio users in target group not to publish content for 24 hours due to release of new version
The learnings from this session would be a broad insight in a 2000 hours Drupal project conducted in 4 month with the CMO eyes in your neck.
