Quality in Agile Development
Agile development methodology has been around for more than a decade but still lot of teams are trying to adopt the best agile practices. There are so many versions of agile, tools and techniques out there which makes it difficult to start following anything in particular.
In my experience, I have found there is no ideal methodology which will work for every team irrespective of project size, team size etc. This sessions aims to provide an insight on what challenges teams face in maintaining overall quality of the delivery. With excessive release cycle, teams have struggled to maintain the quality of the product without worrying to much about the deadlines.
This session is for anyone - PM, BA, QA, Delivery heads who have adopted or trying to adopt the Agile in their development methodology and are struggling with consistency with the quality of the product. In this session we will talk about Development and Test Automation, Software Testing and Cross Functional team practices and how each of them links with the quality of the work.
Intention of this session is not to teach agile but to learn some of the agile best practices which are followed in different teams globally and adopt some of them in your development cycle.
