I'm part of a team that decided we wanted to do something great together, and to do it differently.

So we started a new digital agency with a focus on being radically open with each other.

From day one our structures and processes – both internal and external – have been open to suggestion, discussion, challenge and scrutiny by each other. We've workshopped the hell out of it!
