Resources go REST

Puli is a system to provide templates or equal files for a PHP application through a central repository. Should we do same with data? In the Symfony CMF we still use a tree structure to persist content, routing and menu data. By the help of Puli we can serve those data through repositories.
This talk starts with PuliPHP and a implementation of its repositories and ends with an REST API to fetch data in file like manner.
