Standardized project deployments with composer & robo

Composer is a great tool for managing a project's dependencies. But what are the best practices for building and deploying a composer-managed project? How can the process be standardized, such that the same approach can be used across projects and team members?

Fortunately composer comes with "composer scripts" and then, there is the PHP task runner robo. In this session, it is shown how composer and robo can help to standardize and ease the process of building and deploying composer-based projects. Among other examples, we'll see how the tools can be used with Drupal & drush in the same standardized manner.
