A year in the life of a self-organising agency

We're in our third year of evolving our company culture to embrace self-organising principles and empower individuals to do their best work. We've made changes in how we deliver projects but also how we run the company.

During this time we've grown significantly and the percentage of our team distributed in Europe is higher - both of which create complexity. We've also incorporated new roles such as Creative Director which don't traditionally fit within small delivery teams.

We'll be reflecting on what we've learned from a senior management perspective but also the experiences of individual team members.

Issues we'll cover will include:
