Which areas typically bring on most uncertainty, cause longer sales cycles, drag along for months, or even worse, scare clients from ‘pulling the trigger’ all together?
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could identify those ‘pain’ areas?
Irrelevant of project type, size or timeframe there are enough common threads that develop a pattern that indicates what to avoid.
