Business Diversification: The decisions makers at our Client is rarely employed in IT. They are in Sales, Marketing or Management. Their focus is not on Tech stuff but more about Business Value, Design or UX - or even how do we run the process.

Culture: How do we drive our Cultural and Behavioural changes by using Core Values (Value based Leadership). I’ll bring some copies of our book about our Core Values.

KPIs and Processes: How have we defined and decided our KPI’s? How do we get commitment on these goals? Which process have we used to define KPI’s and how do they contribute to our Business goals?

Resource Planning and Profit Growth: How did we grow from 25 to 80 employees in 5 years? How did we go from one country (Denmark) to four (DK, Lithuania, Spain and USA)? What have we learned on our way? What are our biggest mistakes and greatest successes?
I'm not saying all the stuff we've been doing is right - or you as as Drupal Business Owner / Manager should do the same. But maybe you could learn a bit from our story and eventually save yourself a lot of time and money.
