Agile user requirements and the lost art of estimation - or - How to estimate anything

No matter what roles you perform in your life, we all need to know how to estimate. For example, how often do you need to answer any of the following questions: How much will that cost? Are we there yet? How soon can I get this? What time is dinner? How much longer can I lay in bed and still make the bus?
Some things are, or seem, easier to estimate than others, but no matter what the topic, the better we get about learning what success looks like, the better we're able to estimate how long it might take to reach it. But, what if you get stuck? Estimation paralysis is normal and can be resolved with a few easy tools. This session aims to make you a better estimatior as well and providing some tools to help you estimate absolutely anything.
