During this session we will share our methodology to create a business dashboard using common opensource program. As a typical 10 to 15 persons business we have to handle a multiple project environment and agile/kanban methodology. To do so we have to answer those questions :
- Are our projects on track on the code side and on the budget aspects ?
- What's the current profitability of a project ? What's the current profitability of a customer ?
- What's our team occupation rate, do we have space for another project, should we hire ?
- How we try to make effective weekly meetings to create the team agenda
- Provisional income statement
We will review how we created our datawarehouse to get the KPI we need on tools such as :
- redmine (ticketing system)
- toggl (time tracking)
- Our homemade billing platform
- pentaho (business intelligence)
