It's increasingly normal to find teams distributed all over the world, the internet serving as the virtual meeting place. Meeting face to face has become a sort-of luxury, with remote working quickly gaining favor. Teams are more cultural diverse. Different languages, several timezones, but one deadline. This can quickly become a mess. Communication tools become essential to good project management, but new challenges appear from this remote working.
