Automating everything

So, here you are with an environment that includes dozens of servers, tens of terabytes of data, and a Drupal website with millions of pages. What you quickly come to realise is that without the right tools in place, all of this starts to become very unwieldy, very quickly.
In this talk, I hope to introduce you to some of these automation tools, which mean that you:
- know exactly what status of software is on all servers
- can quickly alter your setup to add or remove capacity
- sleep soundly knowing that you will be alerted to any problems
Along the way, I'll be talking about how to automate the following:
- Provisioning with Ansible
- Deployment with Fabric and Drush
- Configuration with modules such as Master and Features
- Monitoring with CloudWatch and Sumo Logic
- Alerting with OpsGenie
- Capacity with AWS autoscaling
