Business Culture, Open Source and Drupal

In this session I want to talk about the importance of building a solid business culture, especially linked to the Open Source values. In this sense Drupal and their community are a good example for all the companies that work with this CMS.

So we will check some of the elements that makes the difference between other companies that doesn't use Open Source, and I will try to give positive relevance to this differences, in addittion to ask why is so important to create a strong Business Culture.

Some of the aspects that will be exposed are:

• Build the company where you like to work.
• Our principles are our principles. We don't have others!
• Treat your employees as you would have treated yourself.

I will also expose other useful tools that can help us to improve our team and our company, as agile methodologies, remote work, self-organized teams, flexibility, etc.
