At Amazee Labs, our team/employees are the most important asset-we hold them near and dear and rumour has it they're also called "our precious". Trying to keep the team happy clappy and productive isn't always easy-but we try. This session is for people who are managing a team and directors willing to get the best out of their employees.

Why should you attend, what will be covered?

Keeping your employees happy doesn't only come from the salary or bonus you pay. Providing a nice place to work from for example can be much more important as you might think it is in the first place. And therefore is also worth investing in. What some of these perks can be and how we at Amzee Labs live Office Culture will be covered in this session. But there is so much more to it than only having a pretty looking office. For example giving your employees time during their working hours to contribute to Drupal and attend events. How this works, and why we are willing to give up billable time that converts into revenue, will also be topic in this session. However, it is not all fun and games. Part of a productive culture involves putting your foot down and show some tough love. We will dive deeper into employee duties and into how to show an employee that he's still appreciated even if he needs to do the dirty dishes .
