Community Training: Conflict Resolution

Could there be more to resolving conflict than the endless back and forth in an issue queue, angry blog posts, or retreating from the noise? The Drupal community has a conflict resolution policy and process, but it doesn't provide much guidance on how to resolve conflicts before they require escalation to the formal process. This session explores the nature of conflict itself and outlines 12 key skills many people find useful when working towards resolving conflict.
