DHL Parcel - building a high traffic mission critical platform in two months time

In just two months, One Shoe realised, in close cooperation with DHL, the new responsive website DHLParcel.nl. How to gain a top position in e-commerce from the perspective of consumer experience, that was the mission we got from DHL's parent company Deutsche Post. Subsidiaries Selektvracht, specialist carrier for known online stores, and DHLforyou would be integrated and continue under a new brand DHLparcel. For us the challenge to achieve that goal in only 8 weeks time. 

In this presentation i will give insight in how we setup our SCRUM team, how we organized content and design and how we setup the architecture of this succesful, award winning, high traffic website.
