From a drop to a river -- How to get started with Devops

It's not news any more that DevOps is a great enabler for both developers and operations people. It's definitely one of these "the sum is bigger than the parts" things. Many companies would like to try and break up their silos, to bridge the gap. But how exactly does one start doing DevOps? Well, putting everyone in a single office might be a start of something awesome. Or of something awful, it depends. In my talk, I'll propose a number of steps that can help both sides evolve from antagonists to an end-to-end powerhouse.
