Freelancing do's and don'ts

The current developments in employee contracts are pretty much all moving towards more flexibility. For example, in the Netherlands in 2013 about 25% of the country's workforce were freelancers. Today that number is almost certainly higher. Even if you have a salaried position today, you might find yourself needing to work for yourself between jobs, or maybe you're just dreaming of being your own boss.
