Going from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 from the Devops perspective

I’m a DevOps engineer responsible for maintaining a couple of large environments of servers running Drupal 7 sites. These sites are currently in process of being updated to Drupal 8.
What are all the things which need to change, aside the Drupal code?
This session will cover all the Drupal 8 related changes from the other (DevOps) side:
the infrastructure, the server stack, the configuration management (CMI), site deployment approaches, with focus on best practices in all these areas.
